Updates

6th October 2023

We are proud to announce that the ABCF has launched and that we are dedicated to advancing brain cancer research and support in the Canberra region.

Please note that we are currently awaiting our registration approval from the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). The ACNC is currently experiencing a backlog of applications, which has resulted in delays across their operations.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this process. In the meantime, we are still working hard on planning a community consultation for this year as well as our fundraising events for 2024.

We will promptly update our community when our registration has been processed. During this interim period, we are using the MyCause platform to take donations (ABCF MyCause Site) and we are grateful for the donations we have received so far. Your continued support and belief in our mission truly means the world to us.

Thank you,

Milena Skepev,

CEO and Founder
